Who We Are

Jon Perry Lead Pastor: Jon was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA (don’t hold that against him). At the age of eleven he realized he was a sinner and accepted God’s free gift of salvation. God put it on his heart to do full time ministry when he was just 16 years old. He completed his undergraduate Bible degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  It was when he was at college that he met his Aussie love, Natalie, and had to convince her to go on a date with him. They were married in Perth and that is where Jon fell in love with Australia. Jon has served at Winter Haven Baptist Church in Florida. He has also served a church plant in Orlando, Florida and most recently served at South West Baptist Church in Bunbury. He loves to read, play basketball, eat Nandos, and have fun family outings.

Natalie was born in Sydney and her family moved to the Western Australia when she was a young girl. At the age of 10 she put her trust in Jesus Christ alone for her salvation. She attended Gospel Baptist Church in Wanneroo and it is there where she gained a burden for global missions. She went to the US for Bible College where she met Jon. Natalie is a stay at home mum and home schools her two boys. She loves to shop and she cannot wait to teach her new baby girl the joys of a discount.

Our third child was born on September 8th, 2014 and we were overjoyed to have another girl in the house. As soon as we held her for the first time we knew that something was not right with her. Audrey Grace Perry was born with a rare skin condition called Ichthoysis. It basically means she can not shed skin properly and it builds up and looks like scales. We held her for only a little while before she was rushed to Princess Margret Hospital in Perth. She stayed there eleven days before we brought her home. She is doing well now and the doctors are still a little confused because some places look great and others do not. She is a happy little girl and we are so thankful to have her in our family.
